Thormod Morrisson has studied myths, legends, history and folklore for over 20 years. He is a traditional woodcarver, using hand tools such as knife, axe, mallet and chisels in the main. His influences include Norse, Pictish, Celtic and Far Eastern art. He is a respected runic practitioner and includes Celtic and Norse lore, Bushido and Zen in his philosophy.
